Personal Note: Friends & Family

March 30, 2009 -- Today we mourn the loss of Tyvola. Over the last month her health continued to deteriorate as we tried our best to take care of her. Tyvola has been and always will be a part of our family and a huge part of our life. Today is a very sad day as we will miss her a great deal -- we called her Sweet T because of all the sugar (licks) she would give. She always kept life in perspective with what matters the most. Those who have pets who are a part of your family understand what I mean. Today I remember the treasure of memories and happiness she gave me and Tom. I remember the day I brought her home in the palm of my hand and fed her baby food. I remember all the licks and cuddling in the morning. How her tongue would always hang out the left side of her mouth. I remember how she was the flower girl at our wedding day and brought the ring to us on her collar. I remember how she loved to play in the backyard and lay in the sun. She was the best dog ever. I love her and miss her.
